I just finished up with an on-line renewal. I have used both groups, Gleim and American Flyers and wonder what the opinions of the two are. After using both, I know which one I will use again in 2 yrs.

I don't know. Did I read any of that right? :rotfl:Am I reading this right..... You oay once of rht eprogram,
I'm just guessing at the first part, but yes. My next renewal (American Flyers FIRC) will be "free". I'll even take the trip to the FSDO for my temporary.and in 2 more years, you do it again for free?
Do share... Mine is due in Feb.
Agreed.I believe the purpose of training is to learn, not to mull through tons of verbage as though it is some rite of passage.
It seems from comments thus far, AF gets the vote on costs, not for format.

Are you guys not signing too many students off? I went to the FSDO and did it for free in five minutes.

I'll be doing American Flyers again (since it's a "pay one time" deal) this year. Probably starting in late July or early August to make my September expiration.
It sucks because it takes forever, but it's great because you only pay once.

I do mostly (99%) IPCs and flight reviews now. The occasional SIC type rating but there's no practical test for that. Are you guys not signing too many students off? I went to the FSDO and did it for free in five minutes.
