Cessna Vs. Piper

I prefer Piper. I am learning on a Piper Cherokee and sometimes the Warrior. I have flown the C172 and I didn't much care for it. It's your own preference.
I would definitly say the piper. I flew 152's and 172's during my private and instrument. Did my commercial and CFI in a Piper Arrow and my multi in a Piper Seminole. I would take a piper any day of the week. No bad habits with the stalls in a Piper. Cessna's can be a pain if you don't keep the plane coordinated.

I've flown both Cessna and Piper models and the main difference that I've noted is that Cessnas provide better shade and rain protection during preflight.
I am for now at least a piper man, I have flown a C-172 once. I do have to say that for any kind of ground ref stuff the cessna prob takes the cake, though i can't really comment much about cessna's. I do have to admit that cessnas and pipers are blown away when I am holding short and see a G-IV, G-V zoom past me! or even a challenger. They are truly things of beauty. Big ups to you biz jet pilots
