Cape Air Hiring into Pool

For anyone that has recently interviewed, would you mind giving the low down on how they are running the interviews nowadays? The latest gouges I can find are several months (if not a year or so) old at least now, and I'm wondering if they have changed now that things are more competitive. Thanks.
