Some knucklehead has been flying a drone near the localizer course for runway 15 at ANC. I’ve seen it twice at close range and just below my altitude while being vectored to the approach. Once it was picked up by radar and pointed out to me by the approach controller, the other time I saw it while joining the localizer. I hope he/she is caught and prosecuted.
