Did anybody look up the weather yet? Was it in fact +FZRA?It goes beyond that. I know plenty of people that get paid to fly that would have taken off too.
Normally, someone would program that in before takeoff though. At the very least set the capture.I hate to speculate. I wonder if he blew through his altitude and was trying to get back and lost control. The normal clearance out of there is 350 heading and 2000 on takeoff.
