Hey friends,

Just wanted to let you guys know I'm at Brown now on the 747 in ANC. It was a good run at the old shop and hard to step away from the left seat of the 76', but I have to play the numbers game and couldn't pass on the dreamshot. Anyhow, will be looking to move up to ANC soon and have already gotten some good advice on here about that process. I'm looking forward to the new adventure. I appreciate the resource for mentorship this website has provided over the years including the testimonials from @DE727UPS and @A300Capt that I read seemingly decades ago.

Congratz. It seems like I wrote the perspectives bio centuries ago so don't feel bad...

We are going through a tough time right now with the subcontracting, understaffing, lack of airframes, and lack of training capacity. They are finally at least trying to catch up with new airframes and a new sim building.
 
How's that first year pay? I've heard it's not as bad as it looks, but man, it looks painful. Wishing you the best of luck in the future! Congrats!!
 
Care to share the important stuff? Soft pay? Soft is less painful, you know!
