Going to answer this strictly from an AME perspective. As long as you meet standards at your exam you should receive a medical. Standards for BP are 155/95. White Coat Syndrome is common and we understand that your BP may be artificially elevated at a visit. If BP doesn't meet standards an AME may repeat it after a wait period or check BP on the other arm. If it is still elevated they may bring you back within a week or so (we have a 2 week window) to check again. Finally we have the option of sending you to your PCP to be evaluated/treated and then rechecking and writing an addendum.
