So "connie" says only enroute today, and terminal tomorrow... yet we are seeing folks getting emails for both. Anyone care to clarify?

I am going out on a whim but it seems to me that the shear number of folks on this board awaiting responses regarding this announcement pales in comparison to the amount of emails received by members. Coupled with the fact that they started around 1400hrs EST, I am guessing (hoping) that the majority of the day tomorrow emails will be sent for both categories.
I'm banking on my solid work history, previous federal employment, Veterans' Pref. (sorry non vets), and college to get me onboard.

:yeahthat: I got the vet preference going too. I'm believing that they're going alphabetically... my last name starts with W. Any W's out there get emailed?

I am vet pref. and also have the last name starting with "W" and no email... hopefully tomorrow Nathan.... What's another day, lol.
My last name begins with S so maybe you're on to something. I sure hope I hear something tomorrow. I think I will be calling to double check. Because of this forum, I haven't actually called OKC in several months so I think they're due to hear from me.

I am a last name W, first name A.
I gather I'm a bit older than most applicants from what I've seen around here so I'm hoping a degree plus 5 years of work experience + and a commercial intrument license will buy me some favoritism :buck:
I don't know if anyone else is confused about the emails that are being sent out and the timeframe to hopefully expect one. One person says we have from today and tomorrow to hear something and someone else says 2 to 4 weeks from June 10 which means we have until July 1 or so to hear something. Has anyone called a reliable source in OKC to confirm which one it is.
And what does your last name begin with if you don't mind sharing?

Well I feel like I'm in an odd position since the FAA "lost my email." I called Connie back with my email information, but still no email... yet I know I'm getting one. Just makes me nervous wondering if I got put in the pile with people who were already emailed today.
I figure my best bet is to call her again midday tomorrow or FAX her with my email as a reminder at best.

I'm sure it's in the queue with all the others. I'd wait till Monday just because I'm guessing she will be inundated with phone calls and emails tomorrow.
