Best Regional - Ignoring Bases

I thought pilots were universally malcontent, and always down to elaborate on their misery, no?

That aside, to the OP, most people will tell you the struggles of life at their regional but still encourage you to join to enhance their seniority. I agree with whoever said to interview at a few, find your best fit. You get to choose! What a time to be alive.

Oh there's a whole host of reasons.

Antagonistic management and a terrible labor relations environment to start.

It changed a lot since I showed up, and it's changed even more since I left.

Too bad too, it was a great regional once, but that's the story for lots of places.
