That aside, to the OP, most people will tell you the struggles of life at their regional but still encourage you to join to enhance their seniority. I agree with whoever said to interview at a few, find your best fit. You get to choose! What a time to be alive.

Antagonistic management and a terrible labor relations environment to start.
It changed a lot since I showed up, and it's changed even more since I left.
Too bad too, it was a great regional once, but that's the story for lots of places.
