The Diamond DA-42-L360 is a pretty nice multi trainer. The rudder force required is . I can't be too opinionated though I've never flown anything else yet. The P2006T seemed kind of tame, I got to ride in the back while my multi instructor took it for a test flight when the sales rep visited our school.

Twin Seabee and Grumman Widegon are two that come to mind that I know places you can train in them.

Why can't you. You've got to have a tailwheel endorsement to operate a twin seabee or grumman on land.
