If that's what they do with military folks like you, I wonder what would happen to a GA pilot who lost an engine near Groom Lake, declared an emergency, and asked to land there.

I know a GA pilot who was flying a Tomahawk back to Fresno from Vegas when unforecast thunderstorms began popping up around him. He was pushed up against a restricted area border with the storms bearing down on him and nowhere to go. He asked for permission to penetrate the RA by a few miles to avoid the storms and was told that, under NO circumstances, was he to break the barrier. He had a really rough and rather frightening ride, but thankfully didn't bust the RA.
