Being a CFI at UND vs Being a CFI at XXX FBO

It can be done. There was one person in our 323 class that got his flying for 323 done in less than 3 weeks, and was able to take and complete 325 that summer. But, you’d be banking on good weather and a very motivated student/instructor to get it done like that. For the most part though, I think they generally don’t recommend taking both of these courses in the summer

well at any rate, i got my 221/20 stage finished today. doing sims tommorrow. should be on the stage 27 by end of the week.

222 looks saved for the spring. and im going to try whatever possible to get 323 and 325 done in the summer. i wanna GTFO!!!
 
cant takje 323/325 both in the summer 325 is a 9 week course 323 is 6. cant take two flight courses in one summer session or semester. good luck trying to get into 325 for winter 2007. Odds are you will finish 325 february of 2008. when my roomate took it fall of 2005 most of his class did not make it to CFI for spring session.

sounds familiar when i did 325 fall of 2004, i finished in feb '05 due to ###### weather

Haha, yes, I don't recommend it...well wait...323 I recommend, but if you have to make up time, then be careful 'cause you might find it hard to make up the hours you need to complete the course, and if you don't finish the flying, you get an F in ground school.

414 I DO NOT recommend taking it, even though I was able to finish it.

I did 414 and 405 this summer. Worked for me, even got an A in 405, but I wouldn't do it again if I had the chance. :p

edit: and no, 414 is not easy in the summer. It is pretty accelerated, IMO.

well i thought it was easy, i had T-rex as my teacher too
