Cessnaflyer
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
I used to fly into Libby airport in a C182T and a BE200. I would not like to be inexperienced flying into their with the weather we were having up there.
Can they do monetary fines? If there's no punishment possible if you're not certificated, why would anyone not flying for a living be certificated?
Got a quote? I thought that was only commercial operation of an aircraft, but I may be wrong. It's also a criminal act under Title 49, United States Code.
I'm not "going off" on justins, but to dilute the decision making to "careless" is as bad as giving a murderer a slap on the wrist and saying "that's not a nice thing to do."Seriously? Criticize the student pilot in the accident all you want but why you would go off on JustinS for calling the guy careless is just baffling.

Careless is pretty much an aviation term.
You screw anything up intentionally or unintentionally, you get slapped with "Careless and reckless operation of aircraft"
No, not "wreckless" Minuteman, that ain't a word.
Thats a long ways to fly just to commit suicide. I would think he would just climb till it stalled and then just point the nose straight down if that was his goal.Suicide then?
