ATP Morals Clause

I had a friend who, during a politically charged spat on twitter with a right wing radio host, had that radio host try to use the FAA "moral standing" thing to dox him as well as report him to delta. Of course, being that the radio host was himself a loudmouth racist, it didn't work out too well.

I've worked for small, petty men such as this. Takes a bigger man to realize that we can disagree and fight without feeling like you should go after that person's living.

What kinda odds do we give that that radio host died of Covid during the delta wave?

Trying to gain some background.
A pilot was let go because he rebuffed his male boss’ sexual advances and told his boss that comments made were inappropriate (According to him). The reason given for dismissal was proven to be a blatant lie. In the ensuing investigation, it was discovered that this boss had sexually assaulted (or battered depending on your laws) another pilot (according to the assaulted pilot himself) a few years ago. The boss was able to get that pilot fired too.
The company management likes the boss so they’re keeping him on board (despite having knowledge of these situations; again according to those who reported it). I think there will be other victims down to road.
Didn‘t know if something like the morals clause was an option to protect other employee/pilots.

IMO you'll never get the FAA involved in something like that. Sounds more like a civil matter to me.

[quietly walks away, removing pilot/law-expert hat. :oops: ]

The only edge is that the pilot was conducting pre-flight checks at the time he was sexually assaulted (according to him).
A stretch for interfering with a crew member in the performance of duties but I thought I would ask. Thank you to all.

This has happened to more that a few Corporate Flight Attendants from what I hear. They speak up on harrasment/ assault and they are fired or forced out. It's quite despicable.

Sad. The laws are not on the side of the victims it would appear.

My understanding (based on rumot) is that the FFA basically uses the same "good moral character" standard used by Homeland Security for naturalization.

(ix) Has practiced or is practicing polygamy;

LOL wut? Well, I doubt that's enforced. Adults are gonna adult, who cares.
