What's the average time now at Atlas, (for the new hires) to start IOE? Are there anyone that has recently completed training within the past 90 days and started IOE yet? I'm really going to miss my paid vacations being in the military when I become a civilian again.

My class has some people that are done and some that are just going out for OE. I'm just over 60 days since my checkride and am waiting on that call.

I hope you and the others on here will get that call soon. What's the average time from graduation to to start of IOE with the other airlines? Thanks.

Yup, same issue here. They think they can just hire their way out of any attrition problems, so they're using the 2009 union busting playbook. For some reason they think they can add 25+ airplanes with a massively substandard contract. It's a shame, really. I'd love to stay.

One name: Geoff Carlson? He was highly regarded at Spirit during his time here. :eek: I'm guessing he is part of the pain you're experiencing now?
