Just a humble simple question with no intend to offend anybody
This winter I had the priviledge to travel a lot. 11 Round trip flights All of them on AA!! on different routes and and Airplanes, Manily MD-80,A300 I believe, 757 and 730-800.. So I noticed that all.. and by all I mean around 9 out of 10 of AA pilots I saw where, or at least they looked 40 or more!.. not to say 50t years old.. Including the Copilots! . The Average was a 5´9 White Male Average body (some little chuby
) structure with White hair!. Yes.. I know not really descriptive description. But you get the point.
Last week I flew 3 segments on 3 different airlines. Continental express, Aeromexico Connect and Interjet, and did noticed a HUGE age! diference on the Pilots and FLIGHT ATTENDANTS! these ones average 22- 40 tops (The capitans).. and Attendants around 30 Tops.
And yes I know that those regional airlines have a lot of newbies and thats probably why you see a long of young people, where as in the legacy carriers you get to see many perhaps babie boomers still around
...
Sorry if anybody got offended, This is not a critic of people in their 50´s in no way. This is just a simple thing I noticed lately happening on the legacy carriers ..
