Got a two part question for you if you don't mind. I'm looking
at the RNAV RWY 32 Approach chart for Baytown (54T)
1. Looking in the T/A section I see a note saying "Circling NA
at night to Twy 14/32" Does this mean that you can not shoot
this approach at night? Or that at night, you have no MDA and
you can fly it to the ground?
2. The approach starts at the Trinity VOR across the bay, if you
fly the approach to TUBBI at 1800', I would imagine at the point
you would not make it to dry land on glide, so would one not be
in violation of not having flotation devices on board a C-152 or PA-28?
