Things are looking bleak to say it best here. I've got a nice new ATP and ATR-42/72 type and being in the PNW this might be the best fit for me. How hard would it be to get in the GEG or SEA bases?
 
Several empire ATR captains will go and fly there and make lots of money and blow it on hairy and hot Indian women. Back to topic at hand call empire I know the Idaho falls ATR plane goes thru FOs pretty fast. I've only meet the crews in Idaho and Montana and they are all great guys
 
I thought SEA was gone? ANC was expanded to include the SE AK flying? ...and added a few like Kodiak? But I might be mistaken;)
 
My wife is buddies with their IT Director. Have a friend who worked in maintenance there and hated it. Have another A&P who does some side work for me who works in maintenance there and likes it. Cannot tell you anything about the piloting side though. I thought they had some -8's but their site only lists ATR's and Caravans.
 
Yeah they only have ATRs and Caravan's. I have a friend there who is in the training department and likes it. I haven't been able to contact him yet.

They do some MX for people like Horizon....

Why are thing looking bleak? Aren't you guys getting 2-3 new planes?
