We have one but the FAA hasn't approved our manuals and they stopped the delivery of the others.

I see at Empire, one of the qualifications is an ATP certificate. I emailed them several weeks ago and never got a repines - maybe somebody here knows: Is that set-in-stone? I mean, they're not like the airlines where you can go in with the written done and upgrade later?
I'd be VERY interested in flying for them but only if I could fly the ATR and preferably in Alaska. However I'm not giddy about spending my own money to get an ATP when I could maybe go to an airline and get it for free.
