Anybody ever forget a box?

Yep, UPS in particular seems to like throwing in loose envelopes. Probably OK with cans, but not so much with rollers and/or airplanes with "gaps" inside them... :)

Once piece is the same as 1000 pieces being late though apparently... How late was the jet again??? :)

We took a full can bound for FL to AL the other day. It was the only thing on the jet, lmao!

Mx use to find things in the bowels of the airplanes... i never asked what happened to them.

We had a UPS route based out of FSD that went to Valentine Nebraska. It was suppose to be outstation based but they couldn't find anyone stupid enough to live out there. So you flew out empty on Monday and back Saturday empty to FSD. If you didn't have any Saturday morning freight you got the day off. I'm told that the pilots got pissed that this guy kept getting Saturday off so they took up a collection at the office to Saturday Morning ship a letter to the crew apartment out there every Saturday so that he had to work on Saturdays. :)

Could be an urban legend, but I like to believe we were cynical enough to make this happen.

Wow. I bet those pilots are a joy to work with.

I left a black and yellow tractor part in the nose of a 402 one time. Right underneath the black and yellow chocks...

I neglected the close the door of the Caravan completely or there was a malfunction with it (probably the former), and then when I pulled out my iPhone to change the track I was listening too I managed to combination bump into the door enough that it popped open just ever so slightly and at the same time, startled, I let my phone slip out of my hands. Fwwwp. It was gone.

I never did that I know of (knock on wood).

We had a guy land, realize he left freight in the nose, load up and fly two states over back to his original destination to drop it off (like the truck would still be there).

Turned a stern talking to by the CP into certificate action by the Feds for busting operational control.
Communicate- confess, can we fix this!

Harrison Ford on the golf course.

Years ago, I preflighted a Lance and found a small clear bag that hand about 4" of cancelled checks. I personally left an item in a Beech 99. It was long, slender and warped in tape that matched the color of the tape covering the seems of the cargo liner. UPS sent out a truck to pick it up.
