An observation about airlines that are growing rapidly and hiring

In this environment in the 135 world you can actually put your competition out of business by hiring all the qualified people.
I forgot a vise-versa in there. Those holding out for a legacy aren't going to the LCCs.

You're absolutely right about the 135 world though

Airlines....hmm....you have better odds at the blackjack table of "gettin it right."

XJT was the place to go as far as regionals just a few years ago, now it's the place to leave. This stuff changes so fast you might as well throw some darts at a board to pick my friend! Try to enjoy the ride, weeeeeeeeeeeee!

Graham Crackers came from some idiotic pastor who thought that his creation would be so sinfully delicious, it would supplant non-procreational sexual desire (and m… m…. uhhh self-pleasure), but it sure makes a delicious crust for a key lime pie.

Mmmm…. pie.

Sweet, delicious…. TANGY…. key lime pie.

I thought you Delta boys were more the..uh..cake types.:)
Although I do enjoy a good key lime pie.

Depends on the part of XJT and when you were hired. Again, as with stocks often the best place to go is the place everyone says is a miss, while the worst place to go is the place everyone says is a no brainer.

Buddy of mine was hired into ASA 9/2005 and just got their shot at upgrading in early 2013 (first available). Instead they went to US Airways. Eight year upgrade...yay.
