Just got the word that the owners of Air Medical Resource Group have sold the company to KKR Holdings, who also own Air Medical Group Holdings. Let the consolidation begin.

None of us are too sure how it's going to look just yet. All we really know as of now is the transition period will be 60 days and "little to no operational changes will occur".

As an update, certain individuals at the top of AMRG's food chain have been made free to excel elsewhere/spend more time with family, and as of last week the AMRG name and brand has been completely discontinued.

So they, along with the former owner, have 3.5 years to get a new certificate and launch Research Group of Medical Aviation. :stir:
