JS was a carrot back in 09.More jump seat privlidges is the only change I believe. The other "carrots" and rumors I'll believe when I see it.

RJs were turned down because they are POSThose crj-200s are getting a single pilot program with eagle jet fos, right?

Which I hope means Time and the kind of experience that 135 carriers love. Get in, take the crappiest runs if they give the most time, volunteer to move planes on Saturdays, and GTFO. The company will not appreciate your efforts. But you will appreciate your next job!
I know people at the 91 gig though and they only hire freight dogs.Go fly 135 charter, network like a mofo and then land the 91 gig. It won't happen right from AMF.
