Truth. Just heard from a good friend (and fellow JC member) that got an offer with a start date in early December.

Yeah offers have gone out for 2 classes. 8 from envoy the rest a mix of AA internal and other regional dispatchers. 2 classes total first starts December 2nd the other in in Feb.

I think it's more that AA VIPs and dispatchers get their kids hired on at Envoy than anything Envoy does. It's not like Envoy has a great training manager or dispatch manager...they like to believe that of course but nothing is further from the truth.
They are then hired by AA after a whole 6 months....rinse and repeat...it's a never ending pipeline to AA...

So do we know if all offers have gone out then? If you haven’t heard anything by now should we assume we didn’t get it? Does anyone know how many in each class?

My application was updated with today’s date, nothing else. Others that I know had their applications updated with “Not Selected”. Would anyone have any knowledge of what could that mean?

From my experience with other non-dispatch AA applications, this means you’re probably in the pool. I have an application with AA that just went blank and never indicated “not selected”.

Someone should start selling Ouija boards outside on interview days to give people a way to decipher their application status.
