HA! Every trip I work that passes through any of the NYC airports is an adventure. Had I wanted to deal with all the *gestures wildly* “stuff” that happens on the east coast I could have bid an east coast base. I bid SEA for a reason, not to be flying the NY-FL shuttle. Scheduling however…

Oh well, the life of domestic sluggery shall soon be behind me.

I actually don’t remember if any of them were in JFK but I’ve done that dance with “oops I left my 2000 mA-h power bank in my gate check bag” a couple times

Hits a little different when they were on the same list. When I was new(er) here, I asked whether the "DLAMP (1, probably, at the time)" was in honor of Dinwiddie Lampton, a local cartoonish scion of horse-money, etc.

Well, that went over like a fart in a elevator, I can tell you, and rightfully so.
