IIRC Ameriflight does a lot of operations out of PR going as far as Caracas VN, though they def. didn't go "belly up" :D

You are absolutely correct.... like I stated above my company also flew identical routes until we went out of business. AMF has a strong presence in the E.C. and Maiquetia, VZ.

Maybe a resume dust off and update is in order then if it is who I think it is...... otherwise I will look like a fool..... You still keep up with Flores and Cambrone?

I'm guessing if someone really wanted to, they could pay to fly until a slot openned up cause they would be internal already. But, if I had 1500TT with 500ME, sure wouldn't pay anyone to fly a plane. I will be getting paid as soon as I pass the 135.293 check. No pay during training, but upon completion they throw a $1500 bonus check your way. So it's like getting paid for two weeks I suppose. BTW, training lasts roughly two weeks. I think Alpine is down to two opennings as I will be having class with two other guys on March 2nd.
 
Whats the bonus after taxes and withdrawals? I flew for a similiar company who promised a $1000 bonus, but then after taxes and a mysterious "withholding" it was a 772 bonus! :panic:

I was happy with mine. Sure is better than no bonus at all in this hiring market. Just saying...

A company withholding income taxes, wow what a scandal. Was the mysterious withholding social security?
