What's CA pay?
Small correction though, starting pay is $27k.
$38k to start, $43k after 6 months.
Does it stay at 43k or does it go up with longevity?
I was under the impression that Alpha had a pay freeze in effect.
Well, the pay seems sort of ludicrous, but then I've worked for ridiculous pay before, too. I will say that the PC-12 is a pretty nice ride (little overautomated for its level of performance, IMHO, but then I guess that's the future) and the Alpha guys I met on the road seemed like a pretty good lot. What you need an F/O for on this thing is beyond me, though...![]()
Over automated? It has a KLN-90B.....and the f/o is required by FAR part 91K.
Starting pay is higher than at a commuter, with much better QOL.
Regarding crew bases, it's PSM and PDK only.
What's wrong with the stby bus?
Never know when they're gonna get there. Ridiculous (IMHO) that the systems don't have memory, but there you are. Besides, even if I could load the flightplan, I still have a relatively long checklist I can't even start until we're turning.
