Allegiant seeking dispatchers

Just curious anyone who interviewed in last week hear anything back either way and how long did your interview last was it about 25 minutes or so

We are bleeding dispatchers to majors and with the 737s coming in and associated growth CO will likely hire more soon. Just my 2 cents if you didn't make it in. Allegiant is a great place to be nowadays whether you' re moving on or staying. Just watch out for the skeleton.

Does allegiant plan on switching over to a rotating schedule sometime in the future?

Most if not all offers have gone out.

That's all just talk right now. Is it being discussed? Absolutely. No one knows what we'll get till the next contract negotiation. But with the pay increase already solidified this past year, I would say we are in a decent spot to go for other quality of life items.
