All New United Airlines Fleet?

I want to see that flying with an EMB-120 in formation with Rhapsody In Blue Playing in the background. Would be a big hit on Youtube. I remember one pilot who flew a Glassair with winglets like on the 747. He was a 747 Captain for United.

I'd imagine a current or retired United guy would only paint his personal plane like that so he could go beat the crap out of it in frustration.

Why would someone want to beat the crap out their own personal airplane, which costs $$$, when the company gives you one of their's to do it to?

I'm almost certain that's an RV-9, but so far I haven't found anything on the web about that paint job or an Vans based around Coos Bay.

There was a thread on vansairforce.com where people were comparing painting costs. They seemed to range all the way from $3,000 to $10,000+, depending on quality, complexity, and how much was hired out.
