You do realize that that 1 in 4,404 number means during their entire lifetime, right? If you go to a basketball game, the probability is that absolutely no one is going to die at the game from anything. If you look around at 20,000 people, about 4 of them will die from choking at some point in their life. And it's usually in old age or infancy.
This is hardly comparable to a 2% chance that someone is going to die at any given airshow due to an accident. You don't have even a 0.002% chance of dying from a basketball accident at a basketball game, let alone 2%. To try to make this comparison is absurd. You know better.
Circuses should have been banned centuries ago because spectators and performers routinely get injured or killed. But they're fun so...
Circuses should be outlawed because of how the animals are treated. I don't care how "fun" they are.
