Never trust a pilot who has never flown a turboprop...![]()
I was being facetious there, guy. Transitioning from a Chieftain to a jet is exactly what I did less than 6 months ago.
thing up, don't want to be one of those guys who flies off the edge...no pun intended. Now, if I could only talk the wife into living in ArKansas...
What are ya'll replacing the 35's with, if you can say???
Especially the Brasilia...what an ugly piece of crap...that thing won't get you anywhere......It's old and noisy...and the chicks don't dig the beta that much...why did the guy even fly that thing....he shoulda been in a shineeeee jet........![]()

She's from Fayetteville - she can tell your wife all about that area. It's actually a pretty cool little town. I like it. We've talked about moving back there.
If I ever got a job.
Y'know. With you and maybe Zap up there...

The DC9 was a phenominal airplane. I absolutely loved flying it -- but I may have been biased because it was my favorite since I was a little boy.
Wouldn't want to do it again, but glad I did it once.
Could have been the same guy...
Seriously though - I met a Southwest Captain on a flight who said he used to work for Airnet.
