I've talked to the recruiters and I discussed my wishes that I'd like to keep the recruiting event friendly and "accessible" and said that the attendees will be in business casual clothing instead of the standard interview attire.
If you're more comfortable in interview attire, that's fine, but they've been made aware that I'd like to keep things personal and warm.
I would heavily suggest NOT showing up in a t-shirt and jeans, however I think a interview suit would be overkill. Come, dress "business casual" and bring lots of questions and your enthusiasm.
This is a very rare opportunity to meet the actual recruiters and influential people of some regional airlines in a friendly environment.
