Aircraft Nicknames! Lets hear em'!

If these were written I didn't see them:

CE-5xx: Near-jet
AN-124: C-5ski
AN-12: C-130ski
Shorts 330: Flying Fishing Lure

Cessna 172, Sky Chicken
Diamond DA-42, Death Star, Twin Trash, Twin Swanky, Twin Junk, (not a nickname, but a fact: HANGAR QUEEN)
Cessna 206, Two Ot Sexy
Piper PA-32, Piece of junk
ACA 7ECA Citabria, The Kite

Might not be original but those were/are the names that are always flying around about those airplanes we have/had. :p

BLASPHEMY!!!!!
PA-32= piece of junk???

The one we had for training was constantly breaking. A lot of it can be contributed to "student" use. The Lance has been an unfortunate bird at our school in terms of all the things that broke on it. When we got the Cessna 206 no one cared for the Lance any more, and the Lance was sold for very cheap because it was so old and beaten up...

I generally like the PA-32s and I think they're a cool aircraft, and I have seen several over the years in a lot better shape than ours. Ours however truly was a piece of junk... :(

SAAB 340 = Sad Sob Story

CH-47 - "Where school busses go to die", Two Palm Trees Humping a Dumpster

I personally had no problems with the PA-32 i instructed an owner in. Mint, with new engine....

C-318/T37 = Tweet

Hey MikeD why is the T37 called a Tweet? It doesn't exactly tweet. It screams worse than an MU-2 on steroids...
