Aircraft bucket list

Queen air.
Only Queen Air I ever saw was kept at SQL, and I was told the owner loved to show it off and give rides. Unfortunately, it was totaled in a fatal accident. Always thought it was a neat airplane, miss seeing it around.

Boy, reading this thread every now and then makes me want to quadruple my list. Good tastes on here.

Forgot to add Twin Bonanza to my list. Papa John's brother (yes, the pizza guy) has a Twin Bo in military paint based on my home field. The inside of that thing looks like a brand new King Air. And it has 70's El Camino style bench seats.

I'd like to fly something like this

Step in the cockpit and be baffled by the lack of automation... in need of not just an FO, but an SO, TO, FouthOfficer, FithOfficer, etc to get to all the switches.

Plus, you know the thing's a beast. It can probably land in the forest in the background with no damage. The props were designed no only for thrust, but for deforestation as well.

Painted like a Seminole.

C-47/P40 (my Grandfather flew both in WWII)
B-58 (because a mac 2+ bomber is sweet!)
B-52
P-51D
B777
B787
X-15
SR-71/ OXCART

Yak-3 is another one that should be on my list.

And I saw a Queen Air once. It appeared to be moving backwards and I was in a freaking 99. When driving is too fast to really relax and enjoy the trip...take the Queen Air.

I would kill to be able to go putz around in a 152 again. Can't afford it though.

Used to own two. One of my first dates with my wife to be included a night time short field landing. She was telling me how much she misses the 152, so do I.

I have an unusual obsession with the Yak-3, which to me is a underrated airplane.

OV-10/S-2 is on my list....then beavers and open cockpit multi-wing...

then a Bell47.

I would like to fly the CitationX, then I want to fly a fighter jet and a mustang... I would also like to fly the B17.

Only tubojets require type ratings, non needed for turboprop.

It's anything over 12,500, anything with a turbojet, or anything else l'administrateur decides needs one.... I'm just wondering if the Lunar Lander would fit into the third category or not :P
