Does anybody use an adapter for the Airbus? I currently use the DC One X with the dual plugs. But was thinking about bringing it over to the Bus.

Does your new airline provide headsets? Ours come off at FL180, so there's not much of a point of bringing your own if the company has ship sets.

Do 121s typically allow Bluetooth once out of sterile cockpit? That’s another reason I use my own.

Nah, Sani-com is just wishful thinking as it doesn’t do jack except maybe kill weaker organisms while allowing ample space for the more hardy to multiply. I just prefer my own headsets so I can consistently hear.

I’m a firm believer in that it’s there to make people feel better. The world is a biome. Both good and bad. Sanicoms kill some, but not most and the things that are left over are free to multiply and create more potentially hazardous situations.
But then a lot of my coworkers get the first signs of a common cold and start popping Z-packs like they’re candy. Not only does it not do jack squat to viruses, you’re murdering all of the good “bugs” that keep you healthy and now you’re going to poop your pants for the next two weeks until the colonies reproduce.
“They flu is goin’ round, amma pop a couple Zithromax pills I bought in Mumbai on a layover. Want one?”
“Umm, no. You silly boy”

Those guys need to call out sick. Y'all have the best sick call provisions in the industry, they should be taking full advantage.

We have some old MFers that have gone without headsets/noise cancelling for decades of flying the whale. They seem to think that hearing ATC is some sort of superpower. “I can’t believe you understood that.”
