LOAs cannot be just "pulled." It depends on what was negotiated for the duration. The Duration clause in this LOA runs concurrent with the CBA. Therefore, these are the new rates, retention bonuses, instructor overrides, etc until it is renegotiated.

It was the worst pay. The contract itself wasn't terrible. A lot of good things in that contract were lost with the AA merger...but, if it wasn't invented at AA, then it really didn't exist to begin with.
