LOAs cannot be just "pulled." It depends on what was negotiated for the duration. The Duration clause in this LOA runs concurrent with the CBA. Therefore, these are the new rates, retention bonuses, instructor overrides, etc until it is renegotiated.Well technically it's an LOA they can pull whenever they wish.
