Age 67 legislation reintroduced

Practicalities not-withstanding, how f***king pathetic do you have to be as a human being to want to stick around for another 2 years doing this job past 65? Have fun burning up your golden years explaining to Tammy in Terminal C how to get to gate C12. Good lord. If it is finances driving this, you are a dumb ass and deserve to be force retired at 65 and struggle. Shoulda thought about that back then.

Every single time this gets brought up I think about how frequently I look burnt out and over it walking through the throngs of terminal C. Then I try to imagine my 66 year old ass STILL fighting my way through the gate lice pulling my 45 pounds of suitcase just so I can spend another night alone in a Marriott trying to convince myself that .4 miles is NOT to far to walk for a god damn Chipotle.

No thank you. Just. No.

41 days vacation. That’s one vacation week for 8 months of the year, flying maybe 5-6 days total?

And the other 4 months flying 9-10 days total.

To make 500k each yr, 1 million total for 2 yrs.

IMO, a no brainer - if you can hold a 1st class medical still.
