Wow crazy seeing it limp along in that second video. If you pause the first one at 0:34 it looks like the stab trim is full nose up.

There was no fail about getting airborne. There was fail about staying airborne.

HK-4544 was line number 1158, built in 1975. It's a -200Adv. By the look of the engines in the videos and in other pictures it appears to have the heavyweight FedEx hushkit. I'd imagine it to have at least JT8D-15 engines if not -17s.
