Tyonek Services Group Madison, Alabama:<BR /><div id="pretty_text_div"> <p>The Aerostat Flight Director responsible for the Operations of all Aerostat Site locations. You will interact with the Site Leads, Government representatives, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that Tyonek is meeting all operational goals. You must have enough field experience to be able to interpret what is going on at the sites, and enough professional experience to interact with high level Government customers and company personnel. The Aerostat Flight Director is the bridge that connects the aerostat sites to the Program Management Office (PMO). You will keep the Program Manager up to date on the performance of the aerostat operations and provide recommendations for solutions when problems arise. Once approved, you will also execute these solutions and see them through to resolution.</p> <p><strong>Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for communicating with and managing the operational sites for the Aerostat program. This includes overseeing Site Leads, FSRs, and Aerostat Operations staff.</li> <li>Responsible for managing subcontractors who support the Aerostat Operations.</li> <li>Will gather, prepare, and deliver operations documentation and CDRLs for the program. These include but are not limited to: daily flight logs, staffing reports, monthly status reports, troubleshooting logs, after action reports, program management reviews, risk management reports.</li> <li>Will be responsible for coordinating with other company departments in support of field operations. These include safety, quality, HR, logistics, IT, business operations, finance, security, and project controls.</li> <li>Will report directly to the Senior PM on all aspects of Aerostat Operations.</li> <li>Provide subject matter expertise on aerostat systems and payloads.</li> <li>Provide recommendations to the government customer regarding corrective actions, operational improvements, and flight safety.</li> <li>Coordinate COAs with the FAA for CONUS based flight operations.</li> <li>Participate in and prepare reports for site surveys.</li> <li>Assist engineering with design activities involving changes to the governments baseline design.</li> <li>Provide plan, status, performance and forecast for the program integrated master schedule.</li> <li>Maintain the Operations section of the SharePoint including Status Descriptions, Calendar, Action Items and Risk Registry.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer/VEVRAA/ADA</strong></p> <p>TNC and its subsidiaries fall under ANCSA and are entitled under Federal Law to extend hiring preferences to its shareholders.
