AA list is out

You were a ramper. You have no idea what you're talking about.

After listening to him call me almost every name under the sun via the intercom, I'll go ahead and form my own opinions about his intentions.

Because INTENTIONALLY knocking over a bag cart could actually kill somebody. And no pilot is going to risk doing that just to make a point about the order of a push clearance.

I can't imagine he meant to knock a bag cart over, but he did intend to jet blast my gate, just calling it like I saw it at the time. You guys are right, I don't technically have a dog in the fight, I was merely pointing out one example of the MANY times I witnessed East pilots acting like children.

This was easily 8 or 9 years ago, so it's water under the bridge.

The problem that the USAPA crowd is forgetting is that now AA has a permanently divided pilot group.

In the era of "Let's KDA!" on one hand and 18 year first officers updating their airline apps, no drum circle/pow-wow/peace pipe is going to galvanize the group in a hyper competitive global market.

Well, for starters, he is the Iraqi Dinar guy...
I rode the jumpseat alongside an XJT Iraqi Dinar guy once. Did he carry around a hugely inappropriate amount of bags on trips? Like literally every bit of occupiable space had a piece of his junk in it where you had to walk your one bag downstairs… in an airbus?

There's no way there was going to be peace and harmony after this merger. Basically taking 4 airlines (AA, TW, AW, US all still operating seperate in some Fashion) who all think they've been screwed in some fashion and then merge them together.

That's three cups, he's an ERJ side lifer. Also requires his crew to walk through the terminal in order of command; captain, with the FO following directly behind, and the FA following behind the FO.

I've heard about him. I flew with someone that was on his jumpseat, I believe, if we are talking of the same guy. Asks for 3 cups when he gets coffee and pours it into the middle cup because he doesn't want anyone touching the cup he drinks from?

Yup. First for the coffee, second for the coffee being hot, the third because the FA touched the second cup.

Northwest seemed to work, with all their different color "book" guys.

Though it was dicey sometimes, as i witnessed on the 727 jumpseat a long time ago

They didn't have all those pieces still active and separated. That's the difference I was trying to make.

Get out. Really?
