AA Hiring

Thank you @bbmikej & @Sandydfw for your response. I'm based in JFK currently working as a customer service manager in the control tower, I did a walk a mile at the IOC back in September where I met some really nice folk. I just got my adx certificate, trying to make my way in now without losing my Company time.

For the most part, AA company time doesn't mean that much in dispatch. Your dispatch hire date is much more important.
 
Yep. It will really only count upon topping out when longevity kicks in, number of vacation days you would get, and where you would fall in seniority on your first day of being hired with other aa employees. Good luck.
