I would say 10 years or if you've been in aviation longer than that, any job that has helped you become a better Dispatcher. (Unless you're young like me and 10 years ago you were in HS lol)How far back on employment history should I go back on the application did not indicate how many years you should include

I think my 10 year HS reunion is coming up. There I will be able to tell everyone I work in the "tower."
I actually toured the SLC tower today. I was shocked that the air traffic controllers were controlling traffic rather than making flight plans for everybody.
