Did you check out Higher Power? They are a pretty well established organization.

I just finish my A320 type rating with Aerostar in Orlando, I'm very please how the whole course went. the instructor are real captains on real airlines here in the US. they are very friendly and very knowledgeable and very dedicated. the sim are the best and the software they use are the most new and make easy to learn. if you have any question ask me. they didn't even charge extra hours.

Higher Power Aviation is highly recommended. Good instruction, great facilities and they have a top notch A320 simulator, plus my photo is on their wall.
