Yes a furlough would cause an increase in flows. So far it looks like attrition and the inability to hire will keep that from happening.Eagle gets an increased flow if they furlough. I think they get 50% of all American classes if one guy gets furloughed. @Gonzo?
Even on first year pay I would have seen a hit to my QOL and pay. I highly doubt the JCBA was cost neutral for most pilots as they had way more to lose with medical and retirement reduction along with other stuff.Don't have to be gains? The last contract was cost neutral for the majority of pilots and it went down by 83%.
I should have said management could have done the same thing and gotten the same result without the concession. Give them the interviews and planes and they would be in the exact same position with their longevity. Some costs would still be higher due to insurance and retirement not being cut but that would be small in comparison.What?
Not so much but it would help to have some movement around. It also pisses me off to see the people that have now been screwed by the advice from above not getting anywhere and essentialy starting over several years into their career.I thought upgrade didn't matter to you eh?
