A proposed sick-out?

I'm still new but I enjoy bro overnights a lot!

I'm sad for Chico :( soon MRY and SBA will go too I fear.

I'll miss you brosif #neverletgo
Are they putting rjs on those routes or are they stopping service to the airport?
How about sbp and smx?

Not sure to be honest. I heard redding is getting LAX jet service when they drop the bro. Sbp and Smx are still crew bases but who knows for how long...

As soon as I made the call, I fired off an e-mail to the CP's office as a "Look, this is 100% legit, I'm not doing this just to get the holiday off and if you need more info PLEASE call me." That was two days ago. I'll likely not hear a thing about it, but it's a CYA that made me feel better. The union diehards would probably crucify me for saying anything, but seeing as we don't have any kind of real C3 committee or leg to stand on yet, I figure it's better to make first contact than get called in and have to try to track down one of interim reps we have for a meeting.
I think you are overdoing this. The proposed sick out is for us regional pukes.

Relax and count your piles of money ;)

Seems this ill hatched plan hasn't made a dent yet, time will tell. I happily labored on Labor Day today with the rest of my crew.

Besides, this idea is soooo last week as I had my own sickout two weeks ago thanks to the worst summer cold I've had in years. Blah.

No, in fact ZW kept saying that they had a plethora of reserves and were willing to drop/swap if anyone wanted to.

I was one of 22 deadheading crew members from MCI to ORD. Business as usual here at RAH.
Company have a policy of number of employees on a single flight in the event of an incident? I remember M&M Mars having a policy including consultants. It was 3.

I'd doubt it because a) like AutoThrust said, that would assume that a company actually cares about their flight crew and b) if they were limited in crew movement, they'd actually have to staff places correctly and they can't do that, so the operation would probably fall apart.
