To think that colgan would have just vanished is kind of naive. Why is that naive? The Airways fly is at risk an I think so is some of the United fly. I did hear that XJT was asked and that they turned the offer down. So it left Pinnacle with a great business move. Acquire Colgan and get their aircraft, relations with 3 new mainline carriers, Without someone buying you err I mean Colgan there wouldn't be a relationship with Cal ans like I said the Airways flying is at risk so I wouldn't really call that a relationship. and brand new 10 year no risk contracts for what promised to be very profitable equipment. How much money has it made? It seems some of you wish that PNCL just left colgan alone and receive none of any of those things and hope that they found markets for more 50 seat flying.
As someone from the outside looking in I just don't get it.
9L guys are gaining the most and should be dancing in the streets over this TA but seem to be the most POed about it.
XJ guys are getting almost nothing out of this TA and seem to be ok with it.

This..
I'm totally baffled over this.. However, from what I'm hearing, those most upset about are all the 1st and 2nd year guys..
9E guys clearly gain the most out of this. And there are just some things that are blatently wrong with it.

... and yet, you can't see the "blatently wrong" things the 9E pilots see when they look at a Colgan Q-400..
Still baffled..
I think he miss the whole Colgan didn't have Q-400s before PNCL. Without PNCL, Colgan gets no Qs. In fact if PNCL wanted they didn't need to buy Colgan to get the Qs or the flying for Cal.
I keep meaning to ask, is this Fairlady Z of yours stock? I use to have a 93' TT Stealth and there was an issue of MotorTrend I think that had the coolest picture of the Z and the Stealth nose to nose doing burnouts..
Off topic completely, yep.

The Stealth, 300ZX and Supra were the big 3 rivals of the 90's. It's not stock but it's not running 10's yet either.
Do you even pay attention to what has been written? Or do you just spout off the first thing that comes to you mind? I posed a question, a question that someone else answered. I replied asking if, with those options, what 9E wanted. Simple stuff.
Your question is like most of your posts and they are rediculous. You haven't read the facts on the TA or the facts every one else has spoken. We have explained it(the contract) time and time again. Your dumb "2 options" left out crashing a plane killing 50 people and aquiring another company to get rid of the name and restructuring the airline for marketing purposes. Atleast this contract(a contract for you JrsyGuy) will allow for work rules, better training and testing so Pinnacorp can have a more marketable product leading to better prosperity for most. Your arguments are more repetitive and agonizing than when aloft kept posting about Gojet. Sorry you are only getting so many things you never had before. I think I'll go start a thread that bitches about christmas presents that I have received. It's essentially what you are doing.
Get over yourself man. I wasn't even arguing about the contract. I brought up a legit question about how the Colgan acquisition all went down to make sure I understood that everything I knew about it was accurate. I received no indications that what I know isn't accurate. There are a few of you that are just haters and have to spew nonsensical rhetoric and attempt(poorly I might add) to make others look like they don't know what they are talking about. I am plenty educated about the contract, the industry, and my job. You might need to do a little more research yourself.
I'm starting to think this guy is Buddy Casey. Anyway Jrsy, keep it up, you're doing GREAT!
