9/11 voices of aircraft dispatchers

Since it’s 9/11 (check the link above, not sure if this video has been posted before):

it shows what the dispatchers from United and American went through. One guy from
United saving lives by grounding the fleet, before the national ground stop occurred
(one dispatchers, learned alot from the day, it shows the importance of aircraft dispatchers, when it comes to Emergencies)

Just watched this a couple weeks ago. Was interesting to hear, and I guess that is an element of 9/11 that I hadn't really considered before. Must have been real hard for those folks as well.
