I'm in the same boat as you brother, 820 TT, except I have about half of your night, xc, and multi. Unfortunately I don't think there are too many opportunities to move up to something "better" until you hit those 135 mins. There are plenty of lateral moves though. Where I work, every other instructor and I are constantly looking for other flying jobs and exchanging ideas, and we've all come to the consensus that it's best to just tough it out for a while. I just wish I was getting some instrument time. :/
