Got out of IAD just in time today. Tomorrow was day 4 of 4 with it all cancelled except for a turn out of CLE. Hopefully they cancel that too. Crazy stuff.

I like how the meteorologist rounded all the gust predictions to five knot increments rather than bother with more precise numbers. I can picture them typing it in, thinking to themselves, "Screw it, it's not like anyone will be flying anyway..."

I cancelled the part 91 flying I was supposed to do today in FLORIDA because of winds due to this storm.

My flight to LGA cancelled for weather.

Looks like I'll be sitting in CLT for an undetermined period of time. Entire four day (all through EWR) was wiped out yesterday morning after the first leg and crew sched. is still in the process of "figuring" it out.

My fight home tomorrow from Boston (Boston!) was cancelled. On Friday. For a stupid category one storm a long freakin' way away. Haven't called up the airline yet... probably should!

I imagine the Shuttle flights out of BOS LGA DCA taking 2-3 hours the next few days to recoup...
